Will it Shedding or Tangle?

 Shedding: A few strands initial shedding of new hair is normal.

• We suggest customer brushing it with wide-tooth comb before installing. Excessive shedding will caused by dryness.
• Tangle: Usually, our hair will not tangle because it is cuticle intact human hair. However, dryness, salt water, oil and dirt build-up, or not combing out daily will lead to tangle and shedding.Please maintain hair with good shampoo and conditioner to wash hair regularly.

Wash and Care Your Wig 

• Comb gently. Use a wide-tooth comb, slowly from the bottom up.
• Before washing, brush wig remove any teasing or tangles
• Wash your Headband Wig regularly. Wash your hair with warm water and normal shampoo and then immerse the washed hair in water with conditioner for 3 to 5 minutes. Let your hair dry naturally as much as possible.
• Frequent use of hot tools can cause damage to your hair, please control the temperature under 180 degrees.

1.All returns must first be approved by our customer service team. You need to request an RMA online. Returned items without RMA will not be accepted.

2.All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.

3.Items returned within 15 days since your original order receipt are eligible for a refund. For full refund requests, items must be returned to their original state unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached to original packaging. Please make sure the hair is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut. For partial refund requests, contact customer service first, and send the items back after confirmation.
